Find your mountain

Kona Lava Dome $875

My favorite bike for multi-use. It can handle lite trail use and fire-road, but still falls in the price range of something I would lockup downtown and commute on. It has a lockout on the fork witch is key for city use and hill climbs. The Lava Dome is kind of like your best friend, but in bike form. It’s awesome in the dirt. It’s awesome to rally around town. It’s awesome poking around neighborhood singletrack, and it does it all in a dependable way. The Lava Dome features an easy-to-use 9-speed drivetrain with a clutch rear derailleur as well as sleek internal cable routing and dropouts. With strong 29” wheels that can accept up to a 2.6” tires, this bike is ready for everything in its path!

RIFT ZONE 29 1 $1,899

The Rift Zone is the ultimate bike to stick your toe in the pool of mountain biking. It is undeniably entry level button the smartest way possible. Marin had tout corners somewhere makes bike this price, thank God they digit in away that is upgradable. This bike can evolve as you do. First off there is no dropper post, an easy $150 add on when you realize you need it. Secondly it has a quick release rear wheel. For a casual rider nota big deal, however it has an alternate set of drop outs that can accommodate one. Bottom line if you find yourself getting wicked air you’ll inevitably be replacing your rear wheel, So nice to know your bike can get better as you do.
